Before exporting

Exports are most useful after the result set is filtered to a clear business question. Avoid exporting broad, unfocused tables if your goal is follow-up action.

Recommended steps

  1. 1Apply the filters that define the audience, lane, provider type, or shipment set.
  2. 2Review the visible columns and remove anything that is not needed.
  3. 3Export the filtered result.
  4. 4Add context in the file name or downstream notes so the team knows why the export was created.

Common uses

  • Provider qualification review.
  • Customer lane research.
  • Internal handoff to sales or operations.
  • Data review before submitting corrections.
