How teammate access works
DrayMatch company subscriptions are designed for team access. Teammates using the same company domain can be grouped under the same company subscription rather than being billed as separate seats.
Before inviting users
- Confirm each teammate's work email.
- Decide who should manage billing and company settings.
- Share the first workflow you want the team to use so onboarding is consistent.
If a teammate cannot join
Send support the teammate email, company name, and the account that should own access. Support can help resolve domain mismatches or company workspace issues.
